2011 Rates
* Per Night rate in Spring, Summer, and Fall requires a 3 night minimum stay.
Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday
Check in after 3pm, Check out by 10am
A $200 reservation deposit is required when your reservation is made if more than 30 days in advance. The deposit is applied to your rent and the balance of your reserved stay is due 30 days in advance. Refunds will only be given if cancellations are made more than 30 days in advance.
All rates are subject to:
- 11% Lodging Tax
- $75 one time Cleaning Fee
We do not rent to persons who are under 25 years of age. Until confirmed, all prices are subject to change without notice.
